Everything has its beginning in the technical department, where starting form the artistic sketches or from samples, the dimensions as well as the particular features of the accessories are defined.
The next step is the realisation of bi-dimensional and tri-dimensional models by means of 2d and 3d CAD systems and the creation of the tooling process flow for the CNC machine that realises the shape directly on tempered steel.
The mould construction is carried out in the workshop by means of drilling, boring and milling operations followed by the tempering in the furnace and the subsequent process of electro-erosion.
In the end, the eroded shapes are polished and installed in the mould holder, where the mould is controlled and adapted for the pressing process.
